After a safety briefing and driving instructions, you’ll hop on your snowmobile and follow your guide into the white silence of the Lappish landscape. Ride through snow-covered pine trees, glide across frozen lakes, and take in breathtaking Arctic views.

Driver requirements: Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B class driving license (car license).
↳ You must bring your physical license with you. Without it, you will not be allowed to drive.
Pricing: The tour price is based on twin driving (two people sharing one snowmobile).
↳ Solo driving is available for an extra fee, you can select this option while booking.
Safety first:
▪ Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
▪ Snowmobiles are limited to a maximum speed of 40 km/h to ensure everyone’s safety.
Health and accessibility:
▪ If you have any medical conditions or disabilities, please inform us in advance so we can assess suitability.
▪ This tour is not recommended for pregnant guests over 3 months.
Insurance & liability:
▪ In the event of an accident, the driver is liable for damages up to €650.
▪ You can reduce this liability by purchasing a self-liability waiver for €30 per snowmobile before the tour starts at our office. With the waiver, your maximum responsibility is reduced to €150.
This tour is operated by our trusted partner, who holds the final authority regarding all tour arrangements, participation eligibility, and safety decisions.
Departure time: This tour departs at 09:00/11:30/15:30/18:00. Departure times may vary. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the official departure time and pickup location.
Cancellation Policy: The booking can be cancelled for free up to 8 days before departure. After that time a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your accommodation in Rovaniemi. After a short drive you will arrive at the office to dress-up for the tour and take your helmets.
After arriving at our snowmobile facility, before heading out, our professional guide will walk you through the basics of snowmobile operation, safety rules, and trail behavior. So we can make sure you feel confident and ready.

Yes. Children are welcome to join our family snowmobile safari. For safety reasons, children under 120 cm will travel safely in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile. Children who are 120 cm or taller can ride as a passenger behind an adult on the snowmobile. In this case, the adult price applies, as they occupy a regular passenger seat.
Yes. Snowmobiling in Lapland is a safe activity when conducted with a professional guide and by following the safety instructions. Before departure, you'll receive a comprehensive safety briefing and driving instructions, and no previous experience is required. Our snowmobiles are speed-limited, and all necessary safety equipment, including a helmet and thermal clothing, is provided.
Yes. To drive a snowmobile in Finland on public tracks, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license. A standard Category B (car) license from your home country is sufficient, and no separate snowmobile license is required. An International Driving Permit is usually required for licenses issued outside EU. Please remember to bring your physical driving license with you, as a photo or digital copy is not accepted.
The best time depends on the experience you are looking for. Winter, from December to March, is ideal for snow, Northern Lights, husky safaris, and reindeer experiences. Autumn and summer offer beautiful nature, colors, and outdoor adventures.
For a first trip, we usually recommend at least 4–5 days to enjoy the main experiences without rushing. A 7-day stay allows you to discover more activities and enjoy Lapland at a slower pace.
