We aim to operate all tours as scheduled. In rare cases of low participation, we will offer an alternative date, experience, or full refund.
The reindeer sledge ride is available only during the winter season, when there is sufficient snow and favorable conditions. During other times of the year, only the visit is guaranteed. Refunds are not provided for missed sledge rides due to weather conditions, given the seasonality of this activity.
