Your adventure begins with pickup from Rovaniemi before driving through the beautiful forests of Finnish Lapland towards Korouoma Canyon.
Once you arrive, your guide will lead you along the scenic hiking trail through snow-covered pine forests and into the canyon. Along the way you’ll admire spectacular frozen waterfalls, dramatic rock walls, and breathtaking winter landscapes.
Depending on conditions, you may also see experienced ice climbers scaling the massive frozen waterfalls, one of Korouoma’s most iconic sights.
After the hike, you’ll warm up around an open fire while enjoying a traditional Lappish BBQ lunch before returning comfortably to Rovaniemi.

This tour involves approximately 7 km of hiking on snowy and sometimes icy trails.
A moderate level of fitness is recommended, as there are hills, uneven terrain, and sections that can become slippery depending on weather conditions.
The hike is not technically difficult but requires participants to feel comfortable walking for several hours outdoors in winter conditions.
